Fresh Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie

  • 250mL Milk
  • 2 Chamomile Tea Bags
  • 16 blanched Almonds
  • 250mL Yogurt
  • 2g ground Cardamom
  • 4 drops Rosewater
  • 40mL Honey (to taste)
  • 450g Strawberries (hulled and quartered)


  • Put all items in a blender along with ice
  • Blend until smooth and incorporated thoroughly
  • Serve chilled with ice cubes
