Cucumber, Spinach & Green Tea Smoothie

  • 15 baby Spinach Leaves
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 250 mL Green Tea
  • 20 mL Lemon Juice
  • 20 mL Honey


  • Prepare the green tea by boiling about 250mL of water and adding your favorite green tea to it.
  • Brew the tea for about 3-4 minutes and allow it to come to room temperature
  • Add freshly chopped baby spinach leaves to a blender
  • Next, add the chopped cucumber, lemon juice and honey into the blender
  • Following that, add the green tea into the blender
  • Blend these ingredients until smooth and homogeneous
  • A delicious smoothie full of vitamins and minerals is ready to serve!
