Beetroot Smoothie

  • 1 small size beet, trimmed and peeled
  • 1 large apple cored
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 250 ml carrot juice
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 5 gm ginger
  • 4 ml lemon juice
  • Salt to taste optional


  • Cut beet and into small cubes.
  • Add all Ingredients to a Blender and process on high speed until smooth. Pour into pre chilled glasses, serve.
