Grilled Cheese Baguette

Ingredients
1 Small Baguette
10 Slices of Cheddar Cheese
10 Slices of Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
4 Tbsp Melted Butter
1/3 Cup of Grated Parmesan
Tomato Ketchup for Serving
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F
Slice the bread diagonally being careful not the cut the bottom
Space the cuts about 1″ to 2″ apart
Alternate sliding pieces of cheddar and mozzarella in between the cuts
Stir in the parsley and garlic powder into the melted butter
Using a brush, cover the top of the loaf with the butter mixture
Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the crust is golden
Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve with tomato ketchup
