Grilled Cheese Baguette

  • 1 Small Baguette
  • 10 Slices of Cheddar Cheese
  • 10 Slices of Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 4 Tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1/3 Cup of Grated Parmesan
  • Tomato Ketchup for Serving


  • Preheat the oven to 350F
  • Slice the bread diagonally being careful not the cut the bottom
  • Space the cuts about 1″ to 2″ apart
  • Alternate sliding pieces of cheddar and mozzarella in between the cuts
  • Stir in the parsley and garlic powder into the melted butter
  • Using a brush, cover the top of the loaf with the butter mixture
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the crust is golden
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve with tomato ketchup
