Roasted Rosemary Potatoes with Parmesan

  • 680g Potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 45mL extra-virgin Olive Oil
  • 10g grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2g chopped fresh Rosemary
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Preheat the oven to 425F (220C)
  • Mix the potatoes, olive oil, parmesan cheese and rosemary in a bowl
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Spread the potatoes over a baking sheet
  • Bake in the oven until potatoes are golden brown and tender
