Som Tam Salad

Ingredients
200g Green Papaya, shredded
2 cloves of Garlic
Half a Tomato
3 regular Green Beans
15g Roasted Peanuts
2 fresh Red Chilies
1 Lime
15g Palm Sugar
Soy Sauce to taste
Instructions
Cut the green beans in 2cm pieces and put in a mortar with the garlic and chilies
Pound it gently to break the ingredients
Add the sugar, lime juice and soy sauce
Cut the tomato into 4 pieces and add into the mortar
Add the shredded green papaya
Mix the ingredients with a spoon by turning them from the bottom to the top
Repeat until the salad is well mixed
Taste and adjust, if necessary
Add the roasted peanuts and mix all together
