Radish Avocado Spinach Salad With Poppy seed Dressing

  • 100gms cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 no raddish peeled and thin sliced
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 30gms feta cheese crumble
  • 50gms sliced almonds toasted or pine nuts or walnuts
  • half a small red onion, thinly sliced

Poppyseed Dressing Ingredients:

  • 200ml salad oil
  • 3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon black poppy seeds tossed
  • Pinch of ground dry mustard (optional)
  • salt and pepper


  • Whisk all ingredients together until combined.
  • Add a pinch of salt and pepper,
  • Toss all ingredients together with your desired amount of dressing until combined.
  • Serve immediately.
