Radish Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
230gms radish
3gms salt or to taste
120gms red onion-sliced
150gms cucumber-deseeded
110ml Olive oil
28ml white wine vinegar
A pinch white sugar
3gms minced garlic
6gms fresh cilantro chopped
Instructions
Toss radishes with salt, let stand for about ten minutes. Drain any excess liquid and transfer radishes to a large bowl.
Add red onion and cucumber slice.
Whisk olive oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic, and cilantro in small bowl until well mixed
Pour over vegetables and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
