Radish Cucumber Salad

  • 230gms radish
  • 3gms salt or to taste
  • 120gms red onion-sliced
  • 150gms cucumber-deseeded
  • 110ml Olive oil
  • 28ml white wine vinegar
  • A pinch white sugar
  • 3gms minced garlic
  • 6gms fresh cilantro chopped


  • Toss radishes with salt, let stand for about ten minutes. Drain any excess liquid and transfer radishes to a large bowl.
  • Add red onion and cucumber slice.
  • Whisk olive oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic, and cilantro in small bowl until well mixed
  • Pour over vegetables and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
