Breakfast Banana Muesli Pops

Ingredients

  • 4 Bananas
  • 8 Popsicle Sticks
  • 165g Melted Chocolate
  • 1tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 80g Rainbow Sprinkles
  • 60g Crunchy Muesli
  • 8 Red Cherries

Instructions

  • Line a large baking sheet with butter paper and set aside
  • Cut the ends of each banana to level the sides and cut in half
  • Insert a Popsicle stick into each banana and freeze for 2 hours
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together melted chocolate and coconut oil until smooth
  • Pour the sprinkles and muesli in two separate bowls
  • Dip the top of each banana in chocolate and then in sprinkles or muesli
  • Freeze the bananas again until the chocolate is firm
  • Garnish with the red cherries
