Breakfast Banana Muesli Pops

Ingredients
4 Bananas
8 Popsicle Sticks
165g Melted Chocolate
1tbsp Coconut Oil
80g Rainbow Sprinkles
60g Crunchy Muesli
8 Red Cherries
Instructions
Line a large baking sheet with butter paper and set aside
Cut the ends of each banana to level the sides and cut in half
Insert a Popsicle stick into each banana and freeze for 2 hours
In a medium bowl, whisk together melted chocolate and coconut oil until smooth
Pour the sprinkles and muesli in two separate bowls
Dip the top of each banana in chocolate and then in sprinkles or muesli
Freeze the bananas again until the chocolate is firm
Garnish with the red cherries
