Radish Avocado Spinach Salad With Poppy seed Dressing

Ingredients
100gms cups fresh baby spinach
1 no raddish peeled and thin sliced
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
30gms feta cheese crumble
50gms sliced almonds toasted or pine nuts or walnuts
half a small red onion, thinly sliced
Poppyseed Dressing Ingredients:
200ml salad oil
3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon black poppy seeds tossed
Pinch of ground dry mustard (optional)
salt and pepper
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients together until combined.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper,
Toss all ingredients together with your desired amount of dressing until combined.
Serve immediately.
