Oats and Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour (Atta)
1/2 Cup Blended Oats
1 1/2 tspn Baking Powder
1/4 tspn Salt
2 Small Bananas
1 Egg
A pinch of Cinnamon (Optional)
1 Cup Non-Fat Milk
A handful of Dark Chocolate Chips (Optional)
5-6 Strawberries (Topping Options)
2 tspns Chocolate Spread (Topping Options)
Instructions
Mash the bananas in a bowl
Add the egg and milk to the bowl and whisk
In a separate bowl, mix the Oats, Atta, Salt, Baking Powder and Cinnamon
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients
Blend all the ingredients together to form a smooth batter
Add chocolate chips to the batter
On a hot pan cook for about 2 minutes on each side over a medium flame
No oil or butter is needed on the pan to cook
Add the chocolate spread and strawberries to serve
