Roasted Rosemary Potatoes with Parmesan

Ingredients
680g Potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
45mL extra-virgin Olive Oil
10g grated Parmesan Cheese
2g chopped fresh Rosemary
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425F (220C)
Mix the potatoes, olive oil, parmesan cheese and rosemary in a bowl
Season with salt and pepper
Spread the potatoes over a baking sheet
Bake in the oven until potatoes are golden brown and tender
