Take hung curd in a bowl, add roasted chana powder, makhana flour, green coriander, green chilli, black pepper, ginger and salt.
Mix all the ingredients well. The mixture for making kebab is ready.
Powder your palms with cornflour and place 1 tbsp of mixture on one palm. Roll palms together to form a round shape to the mixture and flatten it to form a kebab.
Coat the kebab with cornflour and place it in a plate. Prepare all the kebabs similarly.
Heat frying pan. Add oil. When oil gets hot, put kebabs in pan for shallow frying.
Reduce heat to medium-low and turn kebab over when it gets golden brown on one side.
Transfer kebabs to plate when the other side turns golden brown.
Garnish with green coriander and serve with mint chutney.
