- Prepare the green tea by boiling about 250mL of water and adding your favorite green tea to it.
- Brew the tea for about 3-4 minutes and allow it to come to room temperature
- Add freshly chopped baby spinach leaves to a blender
- Next, add the chopped cucumber, lemon juice and honey into the blender
- Following that, add the green tea into the blender
- Blend these ingredients until smooth and homogeneous
- A delicious smoothie full of vitamins and minerals is ready to serve!
