  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 40 grams Spinach
  • 100 grams Banana
  • 25 grams ground Flax
  • 25 grams Cauliflower florets
  • 3 pitted Dates
  • 345 mL Almond Milk


  • Place all the ingredients for the smoothie into a high-speed blender or smoothie maker and blend until smooth and homogenous.
  • Your delicious Avocado, Spinach & Banana smoothie is ready to drink for breakfast or even a healthy lunch!
